EASY TO RESERVE:
Reserve your seats with an advance of Rs 3000/- per seat for North India Tours & Rs. 5,000/- for 28 & 33 days tours, Rs.1,000/- for domestic tours, 20% of total cost for international tours by cash/DD at our Bangalore Office or by DD favoring Anand Vihari Package Tours, payable at Bangalore, at our Branch Offices. Though Booking will be accepted till the departure of the tour, Book your seats well in advance to get better seats in the coach and no last minute compromise or tension. (Payments to abroad tours are by Indian Rupees and US Dollars. We also accept Dollar portion of payment by equal conversion amount of INR as on the date of payment).

CHILDREN:
Our price is given in this brochure is per adult. Children between 5 & 7 years, half charges with out seat & sharing parent's bed or 80% charge for a seat in the bus with sharing parent's bed.

SENIOR CITIZEN:
Senior Citizen (60 years and above), are eligible for Senior Citizen Concession up to 30% of basic train fare for Indian tours. (Concession tickets will be booked only on written request, if not train ticket will be booked on full fare). Senior Citizens traveling on concession tickets must produce original age proof certificate during train journey to avoid fine (up to 1,000/-) from the railway checking officials.

JOURNEY:
Onward and return journey for North India nd Tours are by train in 2 class reserved berths from Bangalore to Agra / Delhi / Varanasi / Jammu / N.J.P./ Ahamedabad and return journey depending on the tour. Rest of the journey for North India and other tours are by 2 x 2 push back seated Super Deluxe Bus Coaches, depending upon the size of the group. (Upper Class Train Journey A/C Class in the same or other trains / apex rate flight journey will also be arranged at cost subject to availability of confirmed tickets nd with the difference of 2 sleeper class train fare to the destination)

FOOD:
For all tours (South-Central-North India) delicious vegetarian homely food will be prepared and served by our accompanying cooking staff, in South Indian style to your taste during the tour.

ACCOMMODATION:
Complementary halts at fully furnished rooms in selected hotels, offering privacy and private bath ( Separate room for each family ) will be arranged, Family of 3 persons will be provided with triple bedded room on availability, or with an extra roll away bed, within the available space in the double bedded room . (Accommodation for Chardam & Do Dam Tours at Sayanchetty, Uttar Kashi, Badrinath & Gowrikund, rooms will be allotted according to the number of beds in a room).

During your journey we provide, reading materials, such as news papers and magazine at all available places, fun, games, well mannered crew, journey sickness medicine, first aid kit, vomiting bags, local guides, some more facilities just you needed for a value added trip.
