Right of allotment of seats is reserved by the Management of Anand
Vihari Package Tours.
Tour will be confirmed subject to booking of adequate number of seats. In case,
numbers of booked passengers are less than the required number, tour may be merged
or postponed, in such case there may be change in seat numbers & tour fare. However
in case of cancellation postponement of the tour, participants will be informed
well in advance. In case the trip is cancelled by the management for extra ordinary
reasons, all the amount paid by the participants will be refunded by account payee
cheque on production of original provisional receipt. No other compensation is payable
by the management.
Advance amount is not transferable on cancellation of the tour by the participants.
Charges of tour are subject to change with or without notice as per time to time
Government taxation, hike in railway / bus fare, fuel cost. Difference of fare has
to be borne by the participants before the commencement of the tour. Rates prevailing
on the date of departure will apply.
CANCELLATIONS & REFUND : If passengers wants to cancel the tour
due to any reason, they can do so at any time by making a request in writing along
with the booking/provisional receipt issued by the company. The cancellation charges
are applicable as per the scale laid down on the reverse of the provisional receipt,
irrespective of the booking period. |

During the tour adequate precaution will be taken by the management
and accompanying tour manager. However the company is not responsible for any losses
/ responsibilities / claims for delay, change of program, missed connection, political
disturbances, strike, war, natural calamities, bund, injury, death sickness, accident,
road traffic congestion etc.
If the tour is extended for any reason, extended days or halts will be charged Rs.
750/- per day/night halt per person, to be paid during domestic tours.
Anand Vihari has a right to divert the program depending upon exigencies of circumstances
at the discretion of the management for the benefit of the entire group.
Trip/Tour timings are pre-programmed, always be in time and Co-operate with the
tour manager and Copassengers for a successful tour. Be friendly with the Co-passengers
and Co-operate with the timings given by the tour Manager. Please do-not make to
wait the entire group by coming late. In case of our participants miss at any part
of the tour, sight seeing due to delay/late coming/partial cancellation on their
part, they will not be entitled to claim refund for un traveled portion of the trip
/ Tour. If you miss our vehicle come over to the next point at your cost.
Travellers availing LFC/LTC, Anand Vihari does not under take any responsibility
for non reimbursements / short reimbursement of LTC / LFC claim from their employer.
We reserve the right to change any brochure information / itinerary before or after
a tour is booked due to any events beyond our control. Tour itinerary, departure
date, hotels of our stay are subject to change. If we are aware of these changes
sufficiently before on hand, we will inform you in advance. Other wise our tour
escorts or local representative will inform you of the changes on tour.

Anand Vihari welcomes comments / suggestions / complaints regarding entire arrangements
of booking, conducting of tour etc., in which you have participated for further
improvement / incorporation to our existing services and patron of conducting tour,
for the benefit of your next tour with us / coming packages.

01-01-2010 at the time of publication.
Anand Vihari has the right to re-allot the booked seats, if final payment does not
reaches 15 days before departure date.
